End of Tenancy

How can you ensure you receive your money back when you move out? Thoroughly clean the property at the end of your tenancy before leaving.

This is crucial, since failing to clean the property to the highest standards can lower the amount of deposit you get back, if any at all.

If you’re currently renting, check what your tenancy agreement says about cleaning the property when you leave. Your landlord or letting agent might insist on using their chosen cleaners, but be warned: they cost an arm and a leg.

You’re significantly better off hiring your own cleaner; just contact Clean Impact, and we’ll leave your place sparkling clean.

Deep Cleaning

Although having a regular, scheduled cleaning service improves your quality of life, sometimes you just need a one-time clean. A deep clean includes the thorough removal of dust, dirt, stains, and other accumulated debris.

Whether your home is large or small, this type of cleaning, often referred to as spring cleaning, goes beyond the standard dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and scrubbing routine. Over time, dirt and grime can build up in various areas of your property, even if it’s well maintained.

Additional areas will be cleaned, including the inside and outside major appliances (oven and refrigerator), a more thorough dusting of bookshelves, cleaning of cupboards, baseboards, and other hidden areas. It can be just one room or your whole property, depending on your requirements.

And if you’ve never done it before, how do you even know where to start? That’s where Clean Impact comes in. Our deep cleaning service will tackle those bigger jobs that just seem way too overwhelming.

A lady ironing a shirt

Ironing and Laundry

Let your in-house cleaner handle all your ironing needs.

Whether it’s a week’s worth of ironing or just a few shirts, when it all becomes too much, we’ve got you covered. If your cleaner is coming along to clean your home and you have a huge pile of ironing to do, just let her/him know.

We iron everything from shirts, bedsheets, trousers, skirts, and T-shirts to tablecloths and towels.

Why use Clean Impact’s home ironing service?

Ironing is quite a chore. Since it takes 3–5 minutes to iron a single garment, consider how many hours you spend ironing your clothes.

Using our home ironing service will save you a lot of distress and discomfort. It is much more convenient to have your clothes ironed in the privacy and security of your own home, thus freeing up all of those hours for you to enjoy in any way you like.
