The Customer agrees that any use of the Agency’s services, including placing an order for services by telephone, email or via the company website, constitutes acceptance by the Customer of these Terms and Conditions.

1. These terms and conditions are between Clean Impact (‘The Agency’) and yourself (‘The Customer’)

2. Any personal information provided by the customer is strictly confidential and will only be used by Clean Impact.

3. This agreement comes into effect from the date the cleaner starts working for the customer and will be terminated at any time, (subject to a seven days notice) should the customer wishes to end the agency’s services.

4. Clean Impact will use every care to accomplish a satisfactory service for the tasks specified by the customer in a professional manner. All quotes provided are based on previous estimates for similar properties. A degree of flexibility may be required, when such estimates are involved.

5. The customer should supply all cleaning materials and equipment in full working order. Clean Impact cannot be held responsible for unsatisfactory cleaning result, if the cleaning materials and equipment are not safe to use, missing or inoperative.

6. The customer is responsible for paying the cleaner directly. The full amount should be given to your cleaner on the day of the cleaning visit, unless an alternative payment method has been previously agreed.

7. We require 24 hours notice for any changes, cancellations, or holiday postponements, or we may be obliged to charge you part or all the fee. The same applies when the cleaning operatives cannot gain access to your premises on the allocated day and time due to:

7.1 The cleaners being turned away – e.g. by a porter.
7.2 No one is at home to let them in.
7.3 Unable to open the door/s with customer’s keys. Whenever keys are provided, they must open the lock/s easily.

8. Any arrangements made between the customer and the cleaner, about the access to the property, are entirely at the customer’s discretion. Clean Impact cannot be held responsible for any loss of keys.

9. Due to the nature of the business, The customer should make sure that all fragile, highly valuable items, as well as items of sentimental value such as: art, antiques, jewellry must be secured in a safe place, and not lying around.

10. During the cleaning visit, the cleaners will not answer the door to let in handymen, plumbers, nor accept any deliveries, unless explicitly authorized by the property owner.

11. Any complaints must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of the work being accomplished. No claims will be accepted after the above time limit.

Clean Impact recommends that when End of Tenancy, Deep, or Move In/Out cleans are undertaken, the customer or its representative must be present at the time of job completion to inspect the property, so any corrections can be made immediately on the premises.

12. Accounts not settled remain payable in full. Clean Impact reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments, at the rate of 4% per month above the Bank of England base rate, from the due date until full payment is made.

13. The customer must not engage the cleaner’s services without “Agency’s” consent, nor pass on her/his details to a third party that result in engagement or employment, as this will be a direct breach of this agreement.

14. Clean Impact selects and screens all applicants thoroughly, however we cannot be liable for any misrepresentation to the agency, concerning the applicants.

15. Clean Impact reserves the right to make changes to all or part of these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
